| This Middlesex based contractor carries out a wide range of construction projects ranging from structural alterations through to main contracting and also work for the London underground. They are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors to work on projects up to £1M. Your responsibilities will include but not be restricted too; providing taking off and bill of quantities preparation, the preparation of interim applications, Identifying and preparing additional items and claims, the preparation of final accounts and, the preparation of cost and value financial reporting and forecasting. You will have extensive experience in working on a variety of small works and new build construction projects, have strong Commercial Skills, and be a team player but also able to work on own initiative.
