Job Requirements:
Senior Mechanical Project Manager is required to run complex yet interesting projects managing M&E services including, * Mechanical services * Air conditioning * Ventilation * Electrical installations * Plumbing * Heating and pipework systems * Process pipework.

Based in their Sutton Coldfield offices you will be required to provide some mechanical design input; procurement and management duties including being key client contact within the business. It would be advantageous to have experience of variations, estimates and ideally contract law.

Details:
A mechanical engineering background is required, ideally ten years plus coupled with project management experience, ideally within a building services/construction related environment.
