	Senior Quantity Surveyor. Bristol. £45,000 - £48,000 + £5,000 Car allowance + Benefits + Bonus Our client is a leading national contractor in the UK. Specialising in high profile Design and Build and Retail Projects around £8 million in value, they are currently seeking a Degree/HNC qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor, who can work on up and coming projects in the Bristol area. As the successful candidate, you will be site based and involved on a mix of design & build and refurbishment projects in the MOD, Retail and Industrial sectors throughout the region. As a member of the commercial team, you will have the personal drive to maintain a high level of financial and commercial control of the project; identifying and eliminating risk and able to tackle difficult issues early. You will also be an excellent leader and motivator and possess outstanding communication skills. You will be able to to turn budgets around quickly, and ideally come from an estimating background.
