Customer Services Coordinator required for one of the industry`s leading facilities provider

Description
One of the industry`s leading facilities provider, managing and delivering tailored services to some of the UK`s most important and business critical commercial and govt buildings. Service offerings include cleaning, security, engineering and technical services - delivered individually or as part of a total FM solution.

Job Requirements
As Customer Services Coordinator you will be responsible for the delivery of integrated soft services comprising cleaning, switchboard, mailroom, porterage and helpdesk including supply chain and delivery team performance.

 

The ideal coordinator should be able to exhibit the following essential competencies:

- Have experience in a similar FM role Understanding of commercial and budgetary management

- Recent successful experience of contributing to the control of the business

- IT literate

- Experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain

- Experience of successful process management

- Understanding of help desk/call centre processes and work flow

- Previous experience of working for a blue chip client

- Experience in the management information system

- Hold a valid formal Health and Safety qualification

Details
The ideal FM Coordinator should remain calm under pressure, command respect and have the confidence of their colleagues and should be able to communicate effectively at all levels. You should also be confident in making decisions and follow up your decisions with actions, achieving objectives by motivating and working through others. The ideal candidate will continuously pursue high standards, embrace change, recognise improvement opportunities and learn from experience.

 

Candidates will be able to balance commercial considerations with the needs of colleagues and clients, use consultation and negotiation to reach agreement, critically examine numerical, financial and written data, and track delivery against specifications and budgets.
