Operations Manager required for one of the industry`s leading facilities provider.

One of the industry`s leading facilities provider, managing and delivering tailored services to some of the UK`s most important and business critical commercial and govt buildings. Service offerings include cleaning, security, engineering and technical services - delivered individually or as part of a total FM solution.

Job Requirements
As Operations Manager you will have overall responsibility for the operational delivery within region of the service requirements defined by the contract within the commercial model and agreed budgets. Implement and review operational procedures to deliver the short, medium and long term plans for the contract against agreed milestones

Ideal candidates should have:

- Previous experience in a similar role and in budget management

- Working knowledge of P & L Accounts - Recent successful experience of controlling multi site total FM contracts

- IT literate FM Management Information Systems, MS Word and Excel

- Previous project management experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain

- Proven track record of CDM in the role of either a Principal Contractor or Planning Supervisor

- Previous experience of successful process management

- Mobile to travel between sites

- Valid formal Health & Safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH

- Recent successful experience of negotiations with clients and exercising diplomacy

- Experience in successfully working in a pressured and stressful environment

- Engineering degree in a relevant subject
