	Senior Architect - Leicester - 30-45k A newly established Architectural practice currently seeks experienced and talented Architects to join as a vital part of their future development plans. You will have the opportunity to establish yourself within a new and ambitious company who can offer you excellent career progression prospects. The practice itself focus on private and social housing, commercial, industrial and conservation projects so candidates with a strong history in these sectors will be preferable. Additionally you will be educated to degree level and will be registered with ideally the ARB and RIBA. You will posses strong creative and technical skills and will be proficient in a number of CAD software but essentially AutoCAD and Microstation. You will be hard working, motivated and will have a history of managing projects and managing teams of around of 5 architects. Good communication and interpersonal skills are therefore essential and additional duties will include the mentoring of junior architects within the practice.
