	Job Description:



	The succesful candiate will be dynamic, ambitious, experienced and dedicated. You will work on projects valued between £5-£10 Million. You must be able to work effectively under pressure, motivate others and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for tasks as listed below:- To profitably complete projects in accordance with the clients specifications and to ensure client satisfaction where possible To plan resources and ensure any shortfalls / over re-sourcing issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner To coordinate and manage any interface with other parts of the division To ensure all personnel within your control including subcontractors work in accordance with the company policies, are trained, competent and aware and in particular work safely To jointly prepare project Cost Value Reports & Contract Status Reports with commercial staff To liaise with estimating to provide value engineering expertise, lessons learnt etc to allow the division to submit quality, competitive tenders to our clients To deliver project schemes profitably and to time to enhance the companies reputation and look to further business To assist in recognising new client targets and developing an approach to target with Commercial Manager *Ability to manage all personnel within your control professionally and effectively
