My client is a leading Construction /Build company based in the heart of BRISTOL . Due to new & exciting contracts gained locally within its Construction sector they are seeking a number of CONTRACT MANAGERS in the North Somerset & Avon areas due to recently gained contracts in this area. Applicants that apply must be dedicated in moving the business forward. The Salary for this unique role depends on the level of experience however ranges from £35-44k depending on the applicants skill level. • Must be able to run a contract by effectively managing all resources associated to the contract
• Must be able to give high level of service at all time to client and end users
• Able to adhere to strict Health & Safety policies on and off site
• Able to manage others to achieve strict deadlines
• Able to hit define targets
• Must be able to identify ways of reducing costs and improve service
• Must be highly experience with managing variable costs (e.g. overtime and agency costs)
• Must have extensive experience in this field
• Must be able to promote innovative ways to add value and reduce cost with the team
• Must have at least 2 years PQE /or equivalent qualification & be a member of a professional body
• Ideally to come from a Construction background & currently dealing with projects like schools, hospitals and office blocks
• Applicants must be able to deal with change & be highly organised
