My client is dedicated in finding the right people find time, every time and is looking for the right applicant who has experience in the following areas :-

• Must be able to identify ways of reducing cost on site
• Able to work with a given budget, usually without authorisation spend of their own
• Must have previous experience of managing a small team
• Previous experience of assisting less experienced staff with site duties
• Had some experience in dealing with disciplinary actions
• Must demonstrate at lest 2-5 years business experience relating to the industry -
• Applicants must be part-qualified, or equivalent due to the nature of the role
• Applicants must be able to deal with change & be highly organised
• Previous experience within Schools, Universities & Social Housing would be beneficial to the role do the nature of the job role.
