	Job Description:



	This company designs and constructs foundations for all types of buildings, structures and civil engineering works. Their wide range of piling techniques include rotary bored, CFA, precast driven and retaining wall piling. They are currently looking for a Senior QS to work in their Gloucester office. You will be responsible for the contractual and commercial administration of various specialist geotechnical projects, including pre and post contract commercial duties. Other duties will include preparing, collating, checking, and monitoring various financial forecasts and reports for projects, reviewing and negotiating the conditions of contracts and warranties with clients, including ensuring that the final documents are prepared and executed in compliance with company procedures. Suitable candidates must have commercial awareness including the ability to identify, evaluate, and manage contractual and commercial risks, have excellent negotiating skills and the ability to work well both within a team, and individually; with commitment, initiative, thoroughness, accuracy and clarity. You will also have a detailed knowledge and proven experience of a wide range of contracts and sub-contracts (including JCT and NEC), and warranties.
