| This company offers Clients in both the UK Construction and Affordable Housing Markets complete turnkey service from feasibility and design conception, through planning and building regulations approval to construction and a comprehensive after care service. Their approach has earned us the position of preferred partner on a wide range of construction and housing projects ranging from large scale, multi-partner framework agreements to small scale local community-based projects. They are currently looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work out of their Plymouth office. You must be able to provide a high quality technical / commercial service and be responsible for the programming, monitoring, progress reporting and achievement of goals (cost and programme) for their individual project. You should be University educated and maybe on a day release course. You will preferably have 1-2 years experience.
