	Architect - Oxfordshire - 28-38k RIBA qualified architects are currently required by a medium sized design orientated architectural practice based in Oxfordshire. With a strong presence in the local area and beyond, my client is long established and successful at producing high quality design solutions with a sustainable ethos throughout. The practice is involved in a variety of sectors, notably education, healthcare and commercial work. They seek architects with experience within these sectors and candidates who display natural creative flair and design skills. You will be RIBA or ARB registered with at least 5 years UK based experience working at a reputable architectural practice working on decent sized projects. You will be fully AutoCAD proficient and will have experience using a variety of architectural based computer software. Excellent motivational and man management skills are desirable as you will be expected to manage small teams of architects and technicians as well as mentor younger members of staff within the practice.
