•      Extensive experience within the construction industry
•        Extensive experience as a site manager
•           Have worked on Industrial & commerical projects, such as schools,           hosipitals and  council work
•        Must be methodical and able to work on projects from £500k - £2m with ease
•        Applicants that apply will need to have New Build and Refurb experience due to the

                nature of the role

•          You must be able to look after your team and give solutions

•           Able to deal with site reports
•  Able to build rapport & visit cotnract managers on site
