| Freelance Working Foreman, Exeter. Competitive rates. We are seeking a working foreman to oversee the development of 4 large houses on the outskirts of Exeter. This contract will last for a minimum of 8 months work, although there is the possibility that this will be extended. The successful applicant will be from a trade background, and must have the ability and desire to be "hands-on" with tools when required. You will have a previous experience at foreman level and possess the skills needed to monitor and manage all trades and labour on site on a day-to-day basis. Experience of working on new build housing projects is essential. As part of the team, you will be rewarded with an excellent rate of pay and the strong likelihood of further work beyond the initial 8 month period. | ||
