	Project Manager - Manchester £35,000-£39,000 + Bens INDUSTRIAL REFURBISHMENT PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Client was formed to fulfill the design and construction requirements of today's food and beverage production, storage and distribution industries. As a result of their recent expansion I am looking for an enthusiastic, determined Project Manager to work on one of their exciting new developments in Manchester. The site consists of the refurbishment of an existing factory into a plant tailored towards the food processing industry. Experience and Knowledge of the food construction industry and the ability to co-ordinate complex work schedules are desirable and experience in project managing other factory refurbishment projects. Also desirable is experience with M&E, Civils and drainage. You must be able to work well with team-members and be able to implement standard building procedures and health and safety. CSCS and First Aid would be an advantage along with a hardworking, can do attitude. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a fantastic benefits package and a highly competitive basic salary.
