| *Develop and maintain accurate drawing records for all underground services *Within scope of services issue and control permits to all site contractors *Maintain accurate records for all permits issued *Carry out all site inductions for new contractors *Ensure all planned and reactive work is completed with prescribed service level agreement *Ensure all work undertaken by EFS and its subcontractors complies with maintenance standards and good industry practice. *Supervision of subcontractors. *Ensure risk assessments/method statements are completed for all EFS and its subcontractors activities *To be responsible for the safe and secure storage of spare parts, materials, tools and consumables. *To investigate any report on major faults providing advice and assistance as appropriate. *To investigate and report on all accidents involving company staff or its subcontractors and to take appropriate corrective measures. *To evaluate performance data and operational status information for performance reporting purposes and ensure all issues and problems are reported and managed in a controlled and timely manner *Produce monthly operational reports for Client and EFS Management *Attend formal Site meetings with Client *Promote a culture of Team Working, Task Ownership and Flexible Working *Ensure compliance with Safe Systems of work including Permit to Work Systems and Isolation procedures *Ensure a culture of safe working is maintained and comply with all aspects of Site Safety & Quality policies *With appropriate training, agree to carry out AP responsibilities in trained discipline | ||
