| With prime responsibility of the maintenance of HVCA Service to the Mechanical Technician will assist the Site Supervisor in providing responsibility for PPM and Reactive Works, meeting KPI's and SLA's. Duties will include: · Carry out the planned and reactive tasks of the Centralized Boiler Plant. · The monitoring of plant through the B System to ensure efficient and correct running of all HVCA plant. · Supervision and monitoring of sub contractors to ensure adherence to EFS Safe Working Procedures. · Carry out small installation tasks. Qualifications and Experience · Time served apprenticeship or qualification in a HVCA Discipline C&G or NVQ. · Building Services Maintenance of MPHW Centralised Boiler Houses. · Awareness of maintaining potable water systems in accordance with latest legislation. Requirements · Participate in out of hours call out rota. · Take on AP Pressure duties. · Clean driving licence. | ||
