| ||
| Duties will include: · Supervise specialist subcontractor (Natural Gas) visits, ensuring subcontractor health and safety documentation complies with current legislation and AWE company safety documentation. · Liaise with the staff in the work control centers to ensure work is authorized. · Monitor the progress and time, ensuring works are completed to the satisfaction of the customer and regulatory authorities. · Deliver maintenance and breakdown visits through effective communication, ensuring that the staff members are fully competent and trained to undertake key tasks lined to service level agreements and key performance indicators. · In conjunction with the HSE&Q team, regularly monitor the safety performance of all service aspects, identifying areas for improvement. · Manage the preparation and submission for approval all appropriate Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments. · Identify operational improvements to ensure continued provision of high quality service · Attend meeting on an "as and when" required basis. · Assist in other ad hoc functions within skills level, training and experience. Qualifications and Experience: · Knowledge of the process and procurement of subcontracted services. · Technical expertise and qualifications in a building services / construction / engineering discipline would be an advantage. · Knowledge of key operational management disciplines. · IT literacy (work processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools). · Familiarity with commercial and contractual issues. | ||
