My client is a well known and well respected house builder, they are a family business that have been going for nearly two decades and have retained that special family business feel despite the fact that they are rapidly expanding - that's one of the things that makes their business unique.

With their Head office based in the East of Scotland they have developments covering the whole of the Central Belt from North Lanarkshire to South Lanarkshire and West Lothian.

They currently have a position for a Quantity Surveyor to be working alongside the Chief Surveyor and be heavily involved with the running of their commercial department.
