| This company is a leading UK construction main contractor founded in 1869, operating in the building, civil engineering and related maintenance markets. They are currently looking for a Senior Site Engineer to work on the redevelopment of a large property on the South coast of Cornwall into a 4 star hotel. You will be able to accurately control level and line. You should be able to complete records and reconcile major materials and subcontractors. Duties will include: Setting out of works, supervision of junior engineers, management of sub-contractors/ labour, following work programme, preparation of method statements. Some cost and programme knowledge would be of benefit. You should have a good understanding of safety and implementation of method statements and risk assessments and have working knowledge of quality procedures. Previous experience of Structures, earthworks, or ard landscaping is essential. The package on offer will be commensurate with relevant experience and regionally appropriate with all the usual fringe benefits associated with a position of this importance. | ||
