	Job Description:



	An established Architectural practice based in Cardiff requires a Senior Architectural Technician to join their technical team and begin work on a brand new project which has just been granted planning permission. The successful candidate will be HNC/HND qualified or equivalent with practical experience in a UK private practice for this permanent opportunity. You must have strong technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of current UK building regulations and must be able to produce and oversee working drawing packages on CAD. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of project management and attending/coordinating site meetings however this is desirable and not essential. You will also be expected to mentor and help develop the skills of younger technicians working on your projects. Our client works on residential and commercial projects so experience in either or both of these sectors is preferred you must also be fully AutoCAD proficient.
