| Project Manager London £55,000+ with bonus, benefits and car/allowance Our Client is a large residential and commercial builder who's sites are based in prime city centre locations. With a reputation for high quality finishes and high specification builds they are looking for someone who can manage a large scale programme whilst ensuring it maintains it's high standard. This site is large residential development made up of 1,2 and 3 bed apts and houses. Experience on projects like this is a necessity. You will need First Aid and CSCS and at least 5 years site management experience. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a £55K+ salary, bonus, benefits and car/allowance.
