	Construction Contracts Manager. Bristol £35,000 - 38,0000 + £5000 car + benefits + Bonus My client is a Regional Contractor specialising in Industrial and Commercial new build and refurbishments across the south and South West with contract values of up to £2.5 million. Due to an increasing amount of success in the recent months, they are looking to add to their team with a Contracts Manager to work from their Bristol Offices and work nationwide As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the successful overall running of the 18 contracts currently being undertaken nationwide, including client liaison, site visits and future Tenders. You will report to the Managing Director. You will already be working for a medium sized Contractor and have a proven track record in delivering projects of up to £3 million on time and to budget. You will be a natural leader and work well under pressure and have relevant experience in multiple New Builds and refurbs.
