| SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join a very well respected Contractor based in the Devon area
The Company My client is a well established in the South West area and wins a lot of its work through good relationships and through a reputation of quality. Due to this the vast majority of projects are negotiated, with most of the work being repeat business. This is a great opportunity to get on board with a company that can offer a diverse portfolio of work, and -due to growth of the company- excellent progression opportunities. The Role My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor capable of delivering on projects up to £20 million in value as well as managing a number of smaller simultaneous projects. You will be working in a team of Quantity Surveyors and be involved in projects from inception through to completion. Projects can range from a wide variety of sectors including Commercial, PFI, Health, Education, Leisure, and Retail.
