| This company design and build homes of distinction tailored to the needs of modern life. They have been building houses over 35 years ago and today are one of the largest privately owned house building groups in the UK. Building in excess of two thousand homes each year, the house building operation is managed through eight regional companies. Your primary function will be to maximise company trading profits by effectively managing costs and value whilst still achieving quality and programme requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will spend the majority of your working time in the office in Swindon, but will also have to spend time visiting sites throughout the operating area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful local contractor, with scope for progression, in a busy and demanding environment. Remuneration will be dependant on experience, and will be offered with a good package. | ||
