	Job Description:



	Working in a pharmaceutical environment as part of a dedicated team of engineers and reporting to the Area Engineer the successful candidate will: ¨ Manage the day to day activities of a team of multi-skilled engineers within a highly regulated process environment (GXP/GMP) ¨ Demonstrate a clear understanding of engineering asset control and be able to think and organise strategically in line with both GSK & EMCOR's procedures. ¨ Demonstrates and maintains effective communication between clients and contractors ¨ Provide engineering support to repair & maintain plant and equipment to a very high standard Minimum Requirements: ¨ Significant experience within the Pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry is essential along with a proven track record of good team leadership. ¨ Experience should include management of vendor contractors plus the ability to coordinate small project works. ¨ Previous knowledge of GXP/GMP and other regulatory processes would be an advantage. ¨ We are seeking an individual who is a team player with advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. ¨ Minimum C&G/HNC qualification in an Electrical/Mechanical discipline is essential.
