| Our Client operates in various building sector's throughout Central Scotland. Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join this fresh thinking company. You will report to the Project Manager and will be managing sub contractors to ensure project handover dates are met, ensuring health & safety on site is compliant, managing trades and ensuring that the site plan is followed. The successful applicant must have an in depth knowledge within the industry doing both internal and external works. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative. Most importantly you must have a positive attitude towards your work and team members. A valid CSCS card is also required along with the 5 day site management safety certificate. | ||
