| This contractor offers a comprehensive construction service throughout the south-west of England and south Wales from its offices in Bristol, Plymouth, Exeter, Newport and Truro. The company provides a full range of construction and related services for a broad client base, including major property developers, high street retailers, hotel operators and industrial manufacturing companies. Key industry sectors include education, commercial, leisure, health, residential, retail and industrial. They are currently looking for Site Managers to work from their Exeter and Plymouth offices, covering the South West to be responsible for delivering successful projects and ensure a delighted customer on completion. You will be a good organiser, successful motivator of people and understand the importance of all commercial aspects of construction. Health and safety is a priority and you should be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge in this area. You will have at minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and essential that you have project experience in the construction of large industrial, residential and commercial projects up to the value of £10M. The compensation and benefits package is widely negotiable, and will not be a restrictive factor in attracting the right person. It will include a competitive salary and full package.
