	This company creates inspiring environments for work and leisure spaces including offices and retail outlets. Their experience in both refurbishment and new-build enables them to guide clients through each stage of the project. They pride themselves on a personal service, stringent quality control processes and attention to detail: resulting in a high percentage of repeat work from our growing list of blue chip clients, restaurants, hotels and technical environments. They are currently looking for an experienced Estimator/Surveyor to work from their office in Windsor. Candidates should have a minimum of five years construction experience and have the ability to work without constant supervision. You will be capable of dealing with subcontractors and suppliers and give financial advice to other members of the construction team. You must have experience of measurement, valuation of interim and final accounts and preparation of monthly management cost reports. In return, the company can offer a salary of circa £40K+, plus benefits including a car and pension scheme.
