| This large multi-disciplined construction contractor offers a comprehensive construction package from inception through to the completion of the project and beyond. Their expertise includes Civil Engineering, Building, Utilities, Rail, Environmental, excavation and Earthworks, Geotechnical and geo-environmental Engineering, Piling, Facilities Management and Surface Coatings Manufacture. They are currently looking for a Site Manager to manage a major section of a £40m Community Hospital project in South Wales. You will be responsible fro organising and controlling construction activities, managing Health, Safety & Environmental issues, together with quality, managing and controlling sub-contract activities and managing General Foremen and Foremen. You will have experience in the Delivery of complex buildings to a high quality and within tight programmes. Candidates should also have experience of hospital construction. Remuneration will be dependant on experience (£40k - £47k), and will be offered with a good package. | ||
