| Construction Project Manager. Plymouth £36,000 - £38,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus, + Benefits My client is a National Contractor with a Regional base in Plymouth specialising in a range of high profile projects across the country. Due to their continued success in this region, they are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee their up and coming healthcare, educational, frameworks and retail projects ranging from £1.5 million - £10 million As the Successful candidate you will be responsible for the day to day managing of the site, health and safety and first aid. You will be expected to prepare method statements and risk assessments. You will report to the Contracts Manager on the larger sites, but enjoy more autonomy on the smaller projects. You will be increasingly involved in client liaison on a regular basis. With a proactive, positive outlook, you will have a broad range of experience from various contracts including Design and Build and utilise your outstanding communication skills to manage those around you, as well as liaise with clients on the repeat contracts. You will have an excellent understanding of running projects up to the value of £10 million and be comfortable of running sites of this size by yourself daily.
