| My client is a highly respected London based developer. With over 20 years experience in high specification apartments, high specification fit outs , heavy refurbishment and remodelling, this company is looking for someone who has the quality they have come to expect. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years Site Management relevant Site Management experience, working to a very high specification. Knowledge of working in Central London and the difficulties this brings will be an advantage. This company is looking for ambitious Site Managers looking for promotion within the next five years. UNLESS YOU ARE AN EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATE (such as an NHBC Seal of Excellence winner), IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HIGH SPEC RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE YOU NEED NOT APPLY!!
