	Site Manager - Decent Homes London £30 - £35K (depending on experience) + bonus, benefits, car/allowance My client is a well established regional contractor based in the South East. This company works on varied construction projects and are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Site Manager to grow with the company. Working in their 'Decent Homes' division. ''In 1997 there were 2.1 million houses owned by local authorities and housing associations that did not meet the decent homes standard. Local authorities had a £19 bn backlog of repairs and improvements.'' Due to this 'Decent Homes' has become major business. This company is looking for an idividual who wants to grow with the company. This means they are offering fantastic promotional prospects to the successful candidate. You will need a can do attitude, experience in either construction, house building or maintenance, and an ambitious, professional attitude. Experience in 'Decent Homes' is preferred but not required.
