	Job Description:



	Purpose:To supervise and develop the Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric maintenance team. Responsible To:Operations Manager Location:NATS - CTC Dimensions:The maintenance team will carry out all pre planned and reactive maintenance as programmed by Concept. Maintenance team comprises of 1 x HVAC Technician, 1 x Electrical Operative, 1 x Day Technician, 1 x Electrical Apprentice and 1 x Carpenter/Handyman. Subordinates:5 direct reports. Principle Accountabilities: Take responsibility for the completion of Pre Planned and Reactive Maintenance and the timely completion of dockets. Take responsibility for the procurement of materials. Carry out Electrical AP duties. Support the Operations Manager to ensure all statutory, Health & Safety and environmental documentation relevant to areas of responsibility are available on site for audit and review. Comply with all Statutory Regulations and EFS instructions. Developing the maintenance team with training and innovation. *Any other reasonable request as directed by your line manager. Qualifications and Experience: City & Guilds 236/232 Part I &II or ONC in Electrical, Engineering or Equivalent Proven IT Skill with use of Microsoft Work/Excel At least 3 years Experience in similar position Concept Experience (preferred) Requirements: Flexibility required Hours/ shifts etc Must be very customer focused Security clearance required
