	Assistant Site Manager - Northants - 22-36k Dependant upon experience, Car Allowance + benefits Are you looking to get into management within the Residential Construction Industry? Are you currently working within management in the Residential Construction Industry? I am currently looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join a nationally recognised construction company to assist the Site manager on a site in Northamptonshire. They provide ongoing training to tailor your skills and develop you into a successful Site Manager. You must have a CSCS card and either come from a trade or construction related degree background. You must have at least 1 or 2 years experience working as an Assistant Site Manager. Longevity is essential to our client so candidates who have remained at companies for at least 3 years will be of preference.
