	Construction Senior Planner - Leeds £50,000 - £60,000 plus Our client is looking for a Senior Planner within the construction sector. Due to the go ahead on numerous projects you will be working in a busy planning department, working on various projects in the education, commercial sectors within the Yorkshire area. Projects will range up to £30m in value. My client is a leading regional construction company who are rapidly growing and have developed an excellent reputation for providing their staff with career progression. As they have recently won a number of projects, some through repeat business, they are currently in need of a Planner for projects in the Leeds area. Projects will be in a number of construction sectors meaning work will be varied and more enjoyable. Requirements ·The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience ·You will be proficient in the use of planning software ·An engineering degree or engineering background will be advantageous but not essential ·Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be communicating with planning staff internally and both clients and other contractors externally Salary: An attractive salary of up to £60k + package will be offered to the successful candidate, including a car or car allowance, benefits, pension and a bonus scheme plus the guidance and support needed to succeed.
