	Construction Site Manager. Bristol £35,000 - £45,000 Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to run the day to day activities of the site team and ensure the programme plan is achieved within agreed timescales, and to company safety standards and client specification. Your main duties will include organising and planning the day to day running of the site and co-ordinating the activities of different sub-contractors/trades to ensure work is carried out efficiently; Monitor the quality of work carried out and reporting any problems to the correct person. A great communicator and leader, you will be confident in Managing junior team members, making expectations clear and reviewing performance standards, as well as implementing and maintain health, safety and environmental legislation and company procedures Having worked in a similar role previously will mean you can easily and professionally ensure all programmes, plans, method statements and risk assessments are up to date.
