| Site Manager Middlesex £45 - £50K + bonus, benefits, car/allowance Site Manager required for £48 million educational project in the Middlesex area. This is a permanent position and following projects will include further education, office blocks, public sector and commercial. Your responsibility is to make sure that the project is built to a high quality, on time and to minimum cost. This well established company has a turnover in excess of over £250 million and is an established top 50 contractor. Successful candidates will have at least 5 years site management experience with a similar sized main contractor and will have worked on projects of this size. You will also need First Aid and CSCS. This company also like to promote internally so any candidates currently at this level, but looking to move to Projects Manager or Construction Manager in the next five years, will be well received. If successful you will receive a very competitive basic with a market leading package, working for one of Britain's fastest growing contractors. | ||
