| Construction Project Manager. Exeter. £44,000 - £45,000 + £5,000 Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits My client is a regional civil engineering and building company committed to providing a first class service to their clients through a network of strategically placed and locally staffed offices throughout Wales and the South of England. Committed to working in a professional manner with a variety of clients, they cover all sectors of the industry throughout the South West for a range of private and public clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work out of their Exeter Office on any one of their new build projects in the Devon region. You will be responsible for any one of their new contracts valued at up to £10 million. You will be heavily involved in client liaison, day to day management of your site and its staff and report directly to the Contracts Manager. From a Construction background, you will have a wealth of experience in new-build and refurbs on projects valued between £1m - £10 million. With a proven track record in completing projects on time and to budget, you will work well under pressure and be an exceptional leader.
