Our client is steadily expanding their business in the UK construction market.

Their current client base includes major blue chip companies.

With current plans to develop their fast paced team, there are opportunities for Quantity Surveyors at senior level to grow with the company and develop their career.

You will have, or be working towards, Chartered status, with a strong background in the construction industry.

This role is centred on cost planning at all stages of design, interim valuations, managing change control, financial reporting and final accounts.

Ability to take full ownership and accountability for your projects. This will involve being the key contact for your clients and reporting directly to the directors of the company

A solid track record in delivering on time by working closely with the client and your team

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse project team and influence stakeholders at all levels

Provide astute cost management advice, financial reporting and an aptitude for negotiation

Develop new and existing clients to maximise opportunities within the industry

Participate in presentations and meetings when required and contribute fee bid and proposal documentation

Manage fee generating activities and ensure that all client requirements are met

Annual salary is highly competitive and is negotiated depending on experience and skill level. Annual bonuses are also payable based on personal and company performance.
