	Project Architect - Newcastle - 35-40k A multi-office Architectural practice with an excellent reputation within the region requires a Project Architect to join their successful and dynamic team based in Newcastle to be involved in a wide variety of high profile projects across primarily the commercial and residential sectors. You will be required to run jobs from inception to completion as well being pro actively involved in negotiating new client deals. The ideal candidate will offer a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors, boasting at least 6 years UK based experience within a reputable Architectural practices. You will be accredited to the ARB or RIBA and will be AutoCAD or Microstation proficient. Additionally you will have experience of managing teams of at least 5 people and will also be responsible for the mentoring of younger Architects working on your projects.
