DO YOU WANT TO BUILD SOMETHING YOUR PROUD OF! Site Managers throughout Britain are often unappreciated, over worked and stressed due to the demands of senior management. Working to unachievable deadlines and often without the support they need, Site Managers are more and more often working themselves to the bone for superiors who don't recognise the mistakes made at head office affecting the ability to work to their ridiculous build programmes. My client is not a company who buys into this modern way of thinking. All Site Managers are on first name terms with the construction director, all build programmes are realistic and every house that is built is to a very high specification where the emphasis is on a high quality build. TIRED OF HOUSE BASHING! The site they are looking to bring someone in on is for 14 very high spec apartments in one block + underground parking. This company is a very attractive company to work for and rarely loses staff. Due to this only the highest quality candidates will be considered. You must have relevant house building experience or you will not be considered. Candidates from a high spec apartment building background are preferred, but strong volume house building CVs will be considered.
