	Construction Retail Project Manager. Bristol. £44,000 - £48,000 + £5,000 Car allowance + Benefits + Bonus My client is a specialist retail contractor that is involved in high profile refurbishment and extension contracts to retail sites nationwide. With an established team already working in the South West, they are looking to strengthen it with an experienced Retail Project Manager to work on any one of their contracts in the south. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the day to day management of your project, all aspects of health and safety and liaising with clients and engineers alike. You will also be responsible for the management of Sub Contractors, Site Managers and materials. You also must be willing to travel. With a proven track record in retail projects, you will already be a Project Manager with a similar sized company on retail projects of up to £4 million. An excellent communicator and leader, you will be self motivated and able to work to strict deadlines under pressure.
