	Senior Quantity Surveyor. Leeds. £45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus Our client is an established Comercial/residential Developer with an increasing reputation for building attractive, Commercial and residential properties in the North of England They currently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with their growing team in Leeds to help build on their continued success. Ideally qualified to HND/HNC or BSc degree level in construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of site budgets, valuations, sub-contract enquiries and payments as well as mentoring more junior Quantity Surveyors, As the successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills and have relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying role in a related sector. You will be self motivated and able to adopt a methodical approach to your workings on a variety of different construction projects.
