| Construction Contracts Manager. Retail Projects. Cheltenham. £45,000 - £48,000 + £5,000 Car allowance + Benefits + Bonus My client is a respected medium sized Contractor specialising in high profile retail contracts throughout the country. They currently require an experienced Contracts Manager to work out of their Cheltenham Offices on contracts locally and nationally. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing up to five of their up and coming retail extensions or new builds valued anywhere between £500,000 and £1.2 million. You will be responsible for the smooth completion of your contracts, as well as acting as an ambassador for the company as you liaise with architects, engineers and clients and be heavily involved in Tenders. You will report to the Construction Director. With a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to budget, you will have come from a construction background, and be already working with a similar sized contractor ideally on retail contracts where you use your outstanding communication, leadership and technical skills to reach your goals and motivate those around you In return you will receive an outstanding salary and benefits package, not to mention an excellent opportunity to progress internally with a stable and supportive company that will encourage your self development as you successfully complete sites.
