	Residential Site Manager -Liverpool £35,000-£39,000 + Bens Experienced residential Site Managers! Are you bored of your current position? I am currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded national residential developer. We are looking for an exceptional individual to be responsible for the day to day running of a flagship large development in Liverpool compsisting of 150 units, including a mixture of traditional build housing and apartments both private and social. You must have at least four years experience as a Residential Site Manager in the UK. The ideal candidate will be a driven, authoritative individual who likes to embrace a challenge and is confident in consistently meeting targets. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a fantastic package as well as a wide scope for future progression. CSCS and First Aid are desirable, as well as an industry related qualification.
