| ||
| This long established, medium sized building contractor, located in central Bristol. They carry out projects in both the commercial & residential sectors. They are currently looking for an Intermediate QS/Estimator to work on projects ranging from £150k to £1.5M. Candidates should have a minimum of five years construction experience and have the ability to work without constant supervision. You will be capable of dealing with subcontractors and suppliers and give financial advice to other members of the construction team. You must have experience of measurement, valuation of interim and final accounts and preparation of monthly management cost reports. In return, the company can offer a salary of circa £30K+, plus benefits including a car and pension scheme. | ||
