| Originally established in 1972 this Cornish construction company has grown to the extent that it now employs around 70 people and has a 5-year-expansion plan in place which projects a significant increase in annual turnover. They are currently in the market for a Quanitity Surveyor to work on new-build and refurbishment. Your primary function will be to maximise company trading profits by effectively managing costs and value whilst still achieving quality and programme requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will spend the majority of your working time in the office near St Austell, but will also have to spend time visiting sites throughout the operating area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful local contractor, with scope for progression, in a busy and demanding environment. Remuneration will be dependant on experience, and will be offered with a good package. | ||
