The Company:

My Client is a Prestigious Architecture and Engineering Company based in Dubai.

They work on many diverse and interesting projects in the GCC including Royal Villas, Offices and Palaces.

Budgets are often high as are the standards of their Clients.

The Role:

Due to ongoing projects, they are currently looking for an experienced Mid Level Architect to join them on a contract basis.

The contract will initially be for four months but could lead to a permanent role for the right person.

Requirements for the Role:

• You must be an Architectural Degree holder
• You must have a minimum of 6 years* Design experience and a natural flair for Design
• You will also need strong technical, conceptual and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Obtaining and defining project brief
• Develop initial brief into a concept proposal
• Liaising and coordinating architectural design and drawings with other disciplines under guidance of senior architect.  

You should be proficient in Architectural Desktop or AutoCAD.

Photoshop, Autodesk VIZ, Revit and 3DStudio Max is considered an added advantage.
