My Client is a Large Construction company with offices throughout the UK.
Due to several new and ongoing projects, they currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Project Architect to join the team on a permanent basis in St Albans.

The Requirements for the position are as follows

• Fully Qualified Architect, Preferably ARB and RIBA certified

• Demonstrable project running abilities
• Technically competent and CAD literate with detailing abilities and a flair for design
• Knowledge of legislation and Building Regulations

Day to day responsibilities

• Team management – good communication and organizational skills
• Resource planning fee management
• Liaison with client / contractor/ sub contractor suppliers

Background

• Private practice Developer or Construction Company
• Working within a multi discipline team either individually or as part of a team
• Medium / large projects in leisure education commercial retail and residential

All nationalities considered however it is preferable that you have UK experience.

Salary very comparable and dependant upon experience and ability - overall
